Royal Galloway Coffee - Our Story

We're planning to open for business in the Royal Burgh of New Galloway, Scotland, in 2027.

We're still busy searching for the right property with the correct space, and vistas that would be a joy to work in, and for you our customers/patrons to able to sit and enjoy the views and fresh scottish air whilst you sip our freshly ground and brewed Espresso, Long black, Americano, or Cappuccino, and savour homemade traditional doughnut delights; you can also purchase locally supplied homemade sweetmeats! It'll be a community effort if we get off the ground...get in touch if you can help us make this a reality!

Royal Galloway Coffee - Quality

We will endeavour to only sell speciality Single Origin grade coffee, that meets to our exacting standards; we will roast our coffee to a fine tunned medium to light QC flavoured profile to get the best character for taste, and with our Etzinger coffee grinder, and PID controlled Rancilio Classe espresso machine, we'll pull a crema shot for you to remember. We will be offering a variety of brews from shots to filter, and drip, as well as specialist leaf teas.
